This is a step up from the digital flowers activity and has great links into the language curriculum.

Basically this activity uses the drawing tool in MS Word, Publisher or Power Point to create some amazing art.After making the fish stick them on a colourful, or black and white, reef background. you can also stick them on with a bit of padding behind them so they sit off the page.

A great idea to make this a fantastic language activity is to use the characters you make in MS Word to write a narrative. The kids can really get into developing their characters. looking at each characters traits, physical attributes and personality. they can then go back and modify their characters.
The making of the characters in Word really adds motivation and kids are far more interested in the writing process.
