Often People ask me for good Unit plan templates that they can easily select what they want fro mt he curriculum and add their own stuff.
 

One I have been looking at lately is a template from http://education-resources.co.nz it has a variety of different curriculum area templates that are a good starting place. They are also levelled and have all the AO's you need. They are a tick or highlight type or you can just delete out what you don't need. I particularly like the Integrated Unit planner. The best part is that they are in MS Word format so you can edit them.
